Where do we post to?
We can post anywhere around the world, free delivery quoted is for UK customers only, please contact us prior to ordering for international postage rates.

How long will my order take to dispatch?
We send all orders at the earliest opportunity, we aim to dispatch same day, we pack orders up to 2pm most days (Monday to Friday).  If you order over the weekend please bear in mind your item will ship on Monday as this is the earliest we can post.

How do you ship my order?

UK Mainland
Our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and costs £3.49 (although free if you spend over £50).  This takes on average 2 - 3 days from date of dispatch. Please always let us know if you have not received your order after 7 days.

On all items there is the option of upgrading to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a cost of £4.49, this takes on average 1 - 2 days from date of dispatch.  

If you require next working day delivery we do offer UPS Express Shipping which costs £5.99, orders must be placed before 1.30pm Monday to Thursday and before 11.30am on Fridays.

We may at times upgrade your delivery to UPS Next Business Day delivery free of charge on larger orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International shipments we now ship by UPS as we have found that they are far more reliable than a lot of other international delivery companies.  Delivery should be calculated at checkout.
