Return Policy

Need Help? No Problem.

We are a small family business that employs humans and we understand that occasionally you might want to return products or have a question.  If you ever have any issues please rest assured that we pride ourselves on our customer service and we will help as much as we can, Phil and Harry in the office are ready and waiting for any queries you might have, and, if we can wrestle them away from snacking, no matter how strange or bizarre a question might be they will do their best to help.

Standard Returns

Outside the Christmas period (where any orders from 1st October onwards are eligible for return up until January 31st) we accept returns for any reason within 90 days of your order. 

Please return to us including a note with your name, address, order number.  If your order falls outside the return period get in touch and we will see what we can sort for you, we are very understanding and can usually sort you out anyway. 

All items returned must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Returns on Personalised Items

Please contact us if you need to return/exchange a personalised items, personalised items with most companies are not accepted for return but where possible we will try and help sort something for you.
